Shipping

Delivery ONLY for purchase of real flowers in the Hampton Roads area (Suffolk, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Hampton and Newport News).

Delivery AND shipping available for purchase of artificial flowers.

Delivery ONLY for rentals (real or artificial). Rentals are not offered outside of the Hampton Roads area.

Rentals

Rentals are for 72 hours (e.g. if rented on a Friday, it must be returned by Monday).

Deposits are required for rentals. Deposits are refunded only if item is returned in the same condition within 72 hours.

Returns

All items are nonrefundable. Exchanges offered if items are damaged.

ALL FLOWERS MAY VARY WHEN IT COMES TO CERTAIN COLORS. WE WILL TRY OUR ABSOLUTE BEST TO GET ALL SIMILAR COLORS AS REQUESTED. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO, WE WILL SEND AN EMAIL IN REGARD TO WHAT YOU’VE PURCHASED AND ANY CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE.
